Chief of Army Staff General Bipin Rawat says that despite proxy war from across the border, he wants peace at LOC. But he will not shy away from giving befitting reply to the adversary if peace is breached.
General Rawat also said that jawan should address their grievances through existing mechanism and should not use social media platforms for highlighting their issues. He said that he may directly be approached. Any use of social media may be construed as criminal and due punishment could be given for breaching the rules.
