People’s Republic of China once again had shown it’s real face. Every now and then China is interfering in inter matter of India. It has encroached in Indian territory in Jammu and Kashmir and Union territory of Ladakh besides illegally building China Pakistan Economic Corridor in territories illegally occupied by it’s all weather friend Pakistan. But instead of acting on India’s concerns and building friendly relations, the pot is calling the kettle black. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang literally no less than in a threatening tone advised India to respect Chinese sovereignty.
India’s External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Raveesh Kumar countered the Chinese claim in a press statement. India has long pending territorial dispute which PRC never want to sort out unless it reaches a position to dictate term to India. Then what is the solution for overly aggressive China.
India has long been respecting ‘One China Principle’ despite PRC’s territorial aggressions and transgressions in all it’s neighbourhood including India. Is it not the right time that India should rethink its foreign policy concerning China.
China on Thursday advised India to respect its territorial sovereignty and abide by relevant agreements reached between the two sides after the formation of “Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir” and “Union Territory of Ladakh” formally come into existence.
