In recent years India faced many attacks on it’s soil leading to conflict like situation on India’s western border. Pakistan’s all weather friend China will come to it’s rescue in any such eventuality given it’s stakes in China Pakistan Economic Corridor. There are even reports published in some of Pakistan’s newspapers that Pakistan, which is under severe Chinese debt is planning to lease Gilgit- Baltistan area to China and China is planning to deploy one lakh soldiers in Gwador. Indian Army along with two other services is all there to defend India’s national security interests. Mechanised forces of Indian Army can fight even in NBC environment. But what are the contours which mechanized fleet faces in current situation.
