Indian Army mountaineering expedition team has sighted the footmarks of mythical ‘Yeti’ Measuring about 32×15 inches in size, the discovery was made near Makalu base camp in Nepal on 09 April 2019.  Indian Army got the inputs about 10 days back and Army held on to physical proof of on the spot narration, photos and videos.

The story was released only when photographic evidence matched with earlier theories. Army tweeted the story with pictures as it felt prudent to excite scientific temper and rekindle the interest. National Defence learnt from Army sources that photographic evidence is handed over to subject matter experts.

The evidence of elusive mythical beast has only been sighted in Makalu Barun National Park in the past.
