Is Russia once again preparing itself for a war in Ukrain. In 2014 Russia annexed Cremea through hybrid warfare without firing a single bullet. Since mid-March, there have been many warnings from Ukraine and Western governments that Russia is massing troops in Russian-annexed Crimea and around the eastern Ukraine conflict zone. Is it just a sabre rattling or real preparation of war? There is just one international player — China that is going to win irrespective of whosoever looses in Donbass. What is going to be India’s position on the building crisis…
