The ALH Dhruv an all-weather, multi-role multi-mission, state-of-the-art helicopter has excellent maneuverability, user-friendly controls, no vibration, low noise level high speed, efficient lift and a host of other features, which make it superior among contemporary helicopters. It is a product of high-tech design manufactured by skilled manpower with state-of-the-art technology.
Dhruv is a lightweight helicopter, sixty-five percent of the wet area is made of composites which are manufactured in-house in a dedicated high-tech composite manufacturing division, a center of excellence It is powered by two turbomeca TM triple three to be two turboshaft engines with full authority digital electronic control or fatak.
It incorporates several advanced technology features like integrated dynamic system, IBS crashworthy, composite structure, hingeless main rotor blades with elastomeric bearings bearing lyst tail rotor for axis automatic flight control system and a multifunction digital glass cockpit with integrated architecture and display system.
