United States President Donald J. Trump once again claims that he stopped 8 wars including India Pakistan war. Trump claims that a total of 11 aeroplanes were lost in the war. However, he did not mention whether the planes belonged to Indian Air Force (IAF) or Pakistan Air Force (PAF) or both.

Earlier, India’s CDS Gen Anill Chauhan on the sidelines of Shangri La Dialogue in Singapore admitted that there were initial losses without actually identifying or elaborating the nature of losses.
India’s Defence Minister Rajnath Singh in his 28th July 2025 statement in Indian Parliament (Lok Sabha), however, denied that Indian Armed Forces suffered any casualties, leave aside any loss of planes.
However, 14 months after Operation Sindoor Modi Government acknowledged loss of 6 Indian brave hearts whose names were inscribed on National War Memorial (NWM), 2 of them awarded posthumously by Modi Government without revealing details of operation in which they achieved martyrdom.
India’s main opposition party demanded resignation of Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and moved a privilege notice for misleading the sacred house of Indian Parliament by making a false statement and dishonouring the Indian martyrs.
